Courses

We offer a variety of fugu courses starting at 5,300 yen (tax included) per person, which allows you to fully enjoy fugu dishes such as tesashi and tecchiri.
When you want to splurge a little, we recommend the natural torafugu course directly from Shimonoseki. Enjoy the crispy texture and the flavor that spreads as you chew. We offer the same delicious taste throughout the year.
In addition, the Asakusa branch offers a luxurious seasonal course in which you can enjoy "torafugu" and "unagi" at the same time.

Menus

Tecchiri," a dish that has been patronized since the establishment of the restaurant, boasts a broth that is infused with the delicious flavor of fugu. Genshin's "tessa" is a thicker version of the original tessa, and its elasticity is unique to sashimi, allowing you to enjoy the true flavor of fugu. Other fugu dishes that go well with sake include "yubiki (boiled skin)," which has an addictive crunchy texture, and "karaage (fried fish)," which is marinated in a special sauce and deep-fried until crispy!

Beverages

Try the Genpitsu "fin sake" made from fugu fins grilled with far-infrared rays. You can enjoy its mellow aroma and deep flavor even after it cools down. We also have a large selection of Japanese sake and shochu, so we recommend that you enjoy a relaxing drink while eating fugu dishes. We also have a wide variety of beers, highballs, and sours, which are perfect for banquets. Soft drinks are also available for those who do not drink alcohol.
